My Favorite Sweet Snacks are…

  • Banana + nut butter + a dash of cinnamon
  • Fruit + a handful of nuts and/or coconut chips
  • Dark Chocolate (obviously!)
  • Date stuffed with nuts, nut butter, coconut butter, or coconut oil
  • Toast (some good options are sprouted grain, spelt, rye, or ezekiel bread) either with grass-fed butter and high quality jam (it is easy to make homemade!). Or toast topped with nut butter, a drizzle of honey, and cinnamon.
