- Vegetable sticks + Hummus (Carrots, celery, cucumber, bell peppers, etc)
- Hard boiled eggs (halved) with a dollop of mustard and a sprinkle of paprika. Add chives to be extra fancy.
- Toast (I like using my homemade bread found here, or a sprouted grain, spelt, rye, or ezekiel bread) with avocado, a sprinkle of sea salt and chili flakes
- Cashew Queso (recipe coming very soon!) + Tortilla Chips & Vegetable sticks
- Fresh Popcorn Sprinkled with Chili Powder, Salt, & Pepper
- Chomps Grass-Fed Beef Sticks (Trader Joes has them!)
- Scandinavian Crisp Breads topped with grass-fed butter, sliced cucumber, and a sprinkle of sea salt
- A handful of walnuts + a half handful of diced full fat cheese + cranberries or grapes
